Pick Your Numbers
Choosing your game type is the first step to playing Rand. Whether you’re on the mobile app, using USSD, or at an agent’s POS, selecting your game is quick and easy. Below we show how it looks on each channel.
Mobile App
After logging into the Rand app, tap Play Game. You'll see a grid of colorful game cards: Direct-1, 2-Sure, Direct-3, Direct-4, Direct-5, Perm-2, and Perm-3. Tap the card for your preferred game type to proceed to the number selection screen.
USSD
Dial "XXX#" on your phone. From the main menu, select Play Game, then choose your preferred game type by entering the corresponding number (1 for Direct-1, 2 for 2-Sure, etc.). The system will guide you to enter your numbers next.
Retailer
Visit a Rand Agent or Retailer. Tell the agent which game type you want to play (Direct-1, 2-Sure, Direct-3, Direct-4, Direct-5, Perm-2 or Perm-3). The agent will select it on their POS terminal before entering your number.
